I have three charges from Paizo over the last two months.
11/04/2016 -20.34
10/06/2016 -83.47
10/08/2015 -20.34
I think the 10/8 charge is erroneous: 11/4 is Deck 2 and 11/6 is the Base Add-On in the PACG Adventure Path Subscription. I don't have any other subs to the 10/8 charge makes no sense. Can someone look into this and see if I'm simply forgetting a purchase, or of the charge is in fact erroneous?

I don't have any record of a charge to you on October 8. I see that the authorization for order 4123397 was initially opened on October 28, and then finalized on November 2 (November 4 may be when your bank posted it). That is all the activity I see for your card in our records for an amount of $20.34 though. Can you get a screen shot of what you are seeing on your banks end to send us (please black out any non pertinent information) so we can further investigate what is going on? Send it to customer.service@paizo.com.

A big order I received in Canada last week resulted in UPS holding the package in exchange for a $35 'COD' charge... what's this? this is the first time I must pay extra on delivery... :(
Like customs and other charges, UPS final fees vary from country to country, so I'm not sure. You'll probably want to check with UPS for more details.

UPS held the package for 3 days in their warehouse. I had to drive there 3 times (once each day) and each time they couldn't track my package. Also, their opening hours were 4:30pm to 6:00pm. I wasted a lot of time and money driving back and forth to this warehouse located 45min away from my home. Very frustrating.
In the end, they dropped the package at my neighbours... UPS had no idea which driver had the package. I'm very lucky I got it, and thoroughly frustrated they held the package and asked me money on delivery. Not even the main UPS line and dispatch could find in their records why there was a $35 charge (it's like the actual driver made that one up).
I would think you guys would perhaps have a clue or at least due to your purchasing power / client status, that you could find out about this. I can provide the order number if you like.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for providing feedback for one of your shipping options. While we are happy to take your feedback on the satisfaction of your shipping options, we will not be able to provide any more detailed information than what you have access to from UPS. If you need something clarified or have a complaint about the delivery of a specific shipment, you will need to work with UPS on that.
Depending on the weight and volume of items, sometimes UPS will be the cheapest option for orders (so orders may automatically be set to that if your preferred subscription shipping option is set to Cheapest). If you do not want a particular order to ship via UPS, please let us know as soon as possible after you get your order confirmation email, so we can try to see what other options you may have before it ships.
