I am wondering when my order will be sent to me. Near as I can figure, I ordered it back in late October.

2 of the items on that order are November releases with a street date of November 16. One of those is a subscription item and the other 2 items will ship out with the November subscription item. The warehouse is still shipping out the subscription items for November and are on schedule to have them all shipped out by the end of the week. Your order is just waiting for its turn in the shipping queue. Each month we start a thread on the customer service forums which has the expected begin and end shipping dates for that month. For November they are October 31-November 11.

I have two problems. The first and simplest is that I can't seem to move the items in my shopping cart to my sidecart. I would like to do so.

The second problem is with this order specifically. I got Curse of the Crimson Throne in damaged condition. There's a big crease in the back cover. I would like a partial refund, since I bought it NEW, not used.


Finally, I would like to use the 10% off coupon code I got in the mail for these orders.

I'm sorry to hear that your Curse of the Crimson Throne book arrived damaged! Can you please email us a picture of that to pass along to the warehouse/quality control?

We can issue a 25% refund for the non-mint condition of that book. Please let us know if you would like that refunded to your card or as store credit.

For the coupon code - if you are referring the holiday code - that is active to use on one order between December 16th and January 31st (with some other details in the fine print). It is not possible to use that code yet.

Yeah, I moved the books from "save for later" to my cart. However I still don't know how to get them into my sidecart.

I wanted to use my holiday coupon for those two books and whatever comes with them once my next issue of Strange Aeons comes.

As for Curse of the Crimson Throne, I will talk with a friend of mine who has a camera. He can send me the pics. However, once I do get the pic, what email address should I send them to?

Since you'll be wanting to use the code on a subscription order which is generated automatically, you'll probably just want to contact us once your order has been generated and we can apply that code for you.

I have not received Strange Aeons 4. It's been some time since I was told it was shipped, over a week now. Where is my book? Tracking info I was given does not work.

Hello Piccolo,

Your order shipped out yesterday. The tracking was last updated earlier today when the package entered a post office in Fife, WA.

The shipping email you received says, "expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Wednesday, December 14." The way we handle subscription shipping means we print the shipping label for all identical orders at once and then work on packing them up and shipping them. The email is sent, and the PDFs are granted to an account when the shipping label is printed up. You order can ship any time between when you receive the email and the date stated in the email.
