Quick question about Medium's Spirit Bonus ability

So, when the ability says we get our bonus to STR checks, does that mean plain STR checks or does it also include STR based checks as well, like climb and swim?

Typically, Strength checks means just Strength checks, like to force open a door.

Things that apply to Strength based skill checks will specify as such.

On a side note, I feel pretty dumb as it separates them in each of the spirits spirit bonus description (aside fron the trickster which is why I got confused and a here). My bad!
