Lantern Lodge Customer Service Manager

The following information, including dates and expected products, is what we currently estimate and may change. To accommodate upcoming US fall and winter holidays in November and December our release dates for November and December monthly shipments are mid-month (usually they fall on the last Wednesday of a Month).

New Physical Product Releases in November

↬If you need to make changes to the subscription details after the auth/order creation date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.
↬ If you have a licensed subscription you can choose to have it shipped as soon as possible, or with your monthly subscription shipment. This setting is available on a per subscription basis on your My Subscription page.

↬If you have questions about your individual order or subscriptions, please start a new thread.

Hey, just wanted to let you know that while Seers of the Drowned City is listed as being only for pre-order, the PDF is available for purchase in full, which I think might not have been what was supposed to happen.

So is Seers in november or december? It isnt in the list above but it shows in my subscription for this month. Trying to budget my order. Thank you.

Two questions:

As it stands now, will there be a December RPG subscription?

Also, with the Minis case order, it comes with the incentives, right? I don't have to add them separately?

As far as i know, you HAVE to order the incentive separately, as only people who order a case are able to do that.

The price for it will be 75% off though ($9.99).

Subscribers can set their battles sub to automatically add the case incentive when authorization generates the order.

The auth/order creation is running and should be going over night. Will check in in the morning and let folks know if it finished.

Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Superscriber

you might want to check things. I have a MM base set in my order, and shouldn't have since I restarted with the character add-on deck specifically. I emailed customer service to have it removed, but I might not be the only one affected.

Folks, we are seeing an issue where people who started with the add-on deck are having the Base Set added to November orders. We are actively looking into finding the affected subscriptions to correct them; in the meantime If you see this happen to your order, you are welcome to contact CS for us to cancel.

The November Auth is going exceptionally slow, though it is still chugging right along. So your My Subscription page is likely to look a little wonky until your order gets generated.

We just wrapped up checking everyone's ACG subscription who started with the Add-On deck to cancel any incorrectly generated Base Sets.

Is there any reason that Villain Codex is in its own group in "My Downloads" instead of being with all the rest of the RPG line?

Hi archmagi1,

Thanks for letting us know! My guess is that one of the settings on the file wasn't flagged correctly, but that should be a pretty easy fix. I've informed the Powers That Be™ and they should be able to get this fixed later on today. Just check back later and it should be reconfigured.

Just let us know if there's anything else we can help out with in the meantime.

Should I be worried about my order if I got my shipping Email last Thursday but still have no tracking info on Tuesday?

Nope, no need to worry yet. The warehouse is going strong getting orders shipped and out the door. Our estimated shipping window for Nov. Subs is November 14th (since Friday is a postal holiday we will be closed).

So -- will I finally get my subscription PDFs today?

Also: I do not recall seeing the usual office closed message for a weekday holiday this past Friday. You might want to check around as to what wasn't done that is usually done for such cases.

I'm curious too, is everything on track to finish by today? If so, it's getting worryingly close to the end of the business day and I still haven't received any shipment notification.

Had a chat with our Warehouse Manager. With a couple staff outages last week, they're a bit behind where they had hoped to be. We still have a few single AP's with labels batch printed that should be wrapped up and completely out the door by tomorrow's mail pick up as well as a handful of orders left in the system that are still pending.
