Why are you getting TWF when as a pure arcane caster you should be trying with all your heart to stay out of melee? It's not even as if you could combine it with the dimensional step you get shortly after (full-round action to attack with TWF, move action to dimensional step.)
Assuming that Arcane armor is the feat Arcane Armor Training, you're getting it just before when Mage Armor can last all day anyway. Novice investigator... is that the Amateur Investigator feat?
I get the idea you want to be great at knowledge skills, OK at spellcasting and not totally incompetent at fighting in melee. Is that a fair summary?
