I think RAW 2 arcane classes don't stack (although I'd certainly let it work, why not?). You just take your highest arcane class level.
Actually reading the description of arcane strike:
You draw upon your arcane power to enhance your weapons with magical energy.
Prerequisite: Ability to cast arcane spells.
Benefit: As a swift action, you can imbue your weapons with a fraction of your power. For 1 round, your weapons deal +1 damage and are treated as magic for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction. For every five caster levels you possess, this bonus increases by +1, to a maximum of +5 at 20th level.
If you ignore the flavour text (which a lot of people do) it looks like arcane spell-casting is a prerequisite, but not a scaling part of the feat. The feat simply says "For every five caster levels you possess, this bonus increases by +1". No hint of "arcane" or "divine" there.
So I guess you could use your arcane or divine caster-level, whichever is higher?
This is definitely not RAI (and really sketchy RAW) so talk to your GM. Considering at best Arcane strike gives you +5 damage for a swift action, I'd probably let divine & arcane both work & both stack... but that's definitely not RAW or RAI.
If it's for PFS play, you're probably out of luck.

Arcane Strike requires arcane spellcasting as a prerequisite.
The damage bonus is determined by the characters highest caster level. The feat does not state that this is must be an arcane caster level.
RAI is most likely meant to be arcane caster levels only, but RAW does not say this.
And this is why strict adherence to RAW is stupid.

This particular sub-forums serves the god RAW.
