I know this is asked a lot but.....

Rules Questions

So, while reading Gunslinger and dead shot, I noticed a discrepancy in the way it's worded versus vital strike. Meaning as such that the other hits do multiply on a crit.

In dead shot it specifically says that you can get an attack based on your bab, but while reading TWF in the combat section it says while you're wielding a weapon in your off-hand you can attack with it as well at a penalty. It doesn't state that as part of a full round action etc etc as other things do.

Help me out?

Copy in the relevant rules and as your question. I read what you wrote, but without going out of my way to look up the things I don't know your question or the answer.

Sczarni

I was lost while reading the OP as well.

Glad I wasn't the only one =P

The devs have clarified that it's only shots based off of main bab, so 4 shots max at bab 16. TWF, Haste, Ki Pools, etc. don't give more to the shot.

Yes, it's different from vital strike.

I think they are questioning the interaction of Dead Shot and two weapon fighting. Seeing as they are both full round actions, there wouldn't be any.
