The attack bonus does, because all attack bonuses that aren't weapon-specific will apply to CMB checks.
(+weapon specific bonuses apply if actually using the weapon for the CMB, e.g. sunder/trip, but not grapple/bullrush in most cases)
The attack bonus doesn't help their CMD at all, and the penalty to AC also applies to CMD.
(that is one area i would have changed, since it would have been easy enough to cancel out the mods for CMD, as normal Rage)
It does bring up a strange thing about CMB/CMD, that CMB just says all mods apply, while CMD lists a specific list of mods that apply.
Clearly they wanted to exclude armor, nat armor, but by making a specific list instead of "all except armor/natarmor"
they happened to technically exclude untyped bonuses and a smattering of marginal bonus types.
(although they did errata to fix most of those except untyped for whatever reason)
