Forgive any typos, GM is currently in one earbud and I cannot multitask at ALL.
- GM ran us through a couple of modules, most recently Haunting of Harrowstone. We all loved it.
- GM is now switching gears to a homebrew campaign with a heavy focus on horror. Sanity system and all that.
- We're all level three and are allowed a complete rebuild of our characters.
- Current party comp is two paladins, a cleric, an inquisitor, an undecided and me. Pallies are both melee, cleric is support, no idea what the inquisitor will be doing.
- The only thing I'm set on is race. Halfling. Otherwise...I'm open to any and all suggestions. Looking at (unchained) summoner or kineticist, but neither is anything close to set.
Cliffs of cliffs;
- GM is running a super spoopy campaign.
- We have two pallies/cleric/inquisitor already set.
- I want to be a halfling and haven't decided on a class.

Well, you have no arcane magic, how does a sorceror sound? Small size and cha boost from halfling are a good start. You have lots of beatstick already, in a spooky horror set up I would be more nervous than usual about splitting up, so the standard halfling sneaky type doesn't sound good to me.
Depending on how your group feels about summoners you could try that as well.

Oh man, this situation begs for a Bard. Sure, full arcane caster is fantastic and all, but Bard, man, Bard.
Great fit with race, and the performances and spells can buff your allies. But best of all, your character can act as that little nugget of hope in the midst of all the terror. Unbreakable Heart, Heroism, Good Hope...
Maybe also consider the Silver Balladeer archetype as a good fit for this campaign, too.

I know this is counter-intuitive and really cross the grain for Pathfinder in general, but doesn't the perfectly balanced and effective party break the mood for Horror? Of course, a good horror GM will work it so that the party eventually realizes that their tactical perfection is just getting them deeper in the quicksand. Then it becomes horror.

Straight arcane class over Bards. Spell selection. Half of the Bards spells four of your party members get. The other half are illusion or charm which depending on what you fight are useless. Assuming you take that feat most horror type monsters have mid to high Will saves. I'd pick a Wizard over Sorcerer because of versatility. About sixth or seventh switch to a Lore Master you now get the knowledge abilities of a Bard so you know everything. Ten level class where you still gain a class level in your arcane class.
Another idea keeping with the race more is Arcane Trickster. I'd take Wizard Rogue combination. The party is very Divine heavy but no arcane and no rogue could seriously cripple your party. For more offensive punch take Slayer over Rogue and you can now back up the Paladins.
