If a 10th level warpriest with weapon focus (trident) casts Divine Trident (gozreh's trident in the books), is it augmented by sacred weapon?

Not positive, but I don't think the Sacred weapon would apply. I do think the weapon focus would apply, but nothing in Sacred weapon implies that it overides the damage entry in spells. I think the spells work as written. If the Spell created a trident that does damage as a trident, rather than a specified damage, then I think you could apply Sacred weapon. The issue is that spell says exactly how much damage the created weapon deals.

There are ways to improve the energy damage, like Magic Weapon, Divine Favor, Destruction Blessing, Evangelist Cleric Inspire Courage and so on... and you can add acid with deliquescent gloves and other types of energy through some other obscure powers... but I can't think of any way to add physical damage to energy attacks. Probably the biggest single overall damage buff is to use Inquisitor, Shaman or Oracle to slap Bane on the weapon.

Wait a couple books. I think that sort of thing is on the way. We already have lots of magic, now, that deals physical damage, so only a matter of time before we get metamagic options for dealing physical damage with elemental spells.
