Huge hulk?

Advice

It seems you can stack abyssal bloodrager and brute vigilante to be a huge incredible hulk. Am I right?

Interesting find... at first glance, yes you can use demonic bulk to effectively enlarge yourself and then use Brute Form to move up to Huge. One is a polymorph effect and the other is generic Extraordinary ability so i believe they stack.

Nope. One size changing effect only.

Someone needs to tell hero lab that. Where is the rule you are referencing from?

The word 'nope' in avr's post links to the relevant FAQ.

Well, that bites!

Herolab is quality software, but it doesn't substitute as a rules reference in any way, shape, or form.

However... for an effect that actually increases your size category to be (Ex), and not flagged as polymorph? It could be clearer.

Agreed. Too bad nothing increases your size by two categories.

Well, there is the Mutation Mind, a Psychic archetype. At lvl 11 you can pick up the Improved Bodily Mutation "Enlarged Body", which allows you to grow two sizes larger with a max of huge.

There's also Goliath Druids, Geokineticists with Kinetic Form (you could imagine the hulk as a body surrounded by elemental earth), and probably a few more. None of these are low level characters, but you're talking about the Incredible Hulk - not a first level mook.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Well, you start out as the mildly interesting hulk and go up from there.
