Improved grapple and natural attack. Improved grapple and Prerequisite.

1. If i have natural attack, do i need to take Improved unarmed strike to take improved grapple ? There is actual rule about it ?
2. To take improved grapple i need to have 13 dex. Why there is such a strange Prerequisite if i do not even need dexterity to make grapple check ? There is some ways to avoid this Prerequisite ?

I'm unaware of any ruling letting natural attacks substitute for Improved Unarmed Strike as a prereq.

Dirty Fighting is probably your best bet for meeting both of those prerequisites. It counts as both Dex 13 and having Improved Unarmed Strike (amongst other things) for the purposes of meeting the prerequisites of Improved combat maneuver feats.

It even doubles for allowing you added bonuses once you have the Improved feat, so you're not just wasting a feat slot.
