Hello. I have question about throwing weapon and can i targer square with throwing weapon instead of targetting enemy?
CRB, page 580: "The DC of the Crafting check to transfer a rune isdetermined by the item level of the rune being transferred, and the Price of the transfer is 10% of the rune’s Price, unless transferring from a runestone, which is free. If you’reswapping, use the higher level and higher Price between thetwo runes to determine these values. It takes 1 day (insteadof the 4 days usually needed to Craft) to transfer a rune orswap a pair of runes, and you can continue to work overadditional days to get a discount, as usual with Craft." Do i need to be expert to transfer runes, that require "expert" to craft it ? (Text says only to take DC) Do i need to have craft magical item feat to transfer runes ? (This is important, because transfer rune isn't crafting magical item. And i compare it with battle medecine which isn't treat wounds and doesn't require healing tools) What is total cost to transfer rune? (you can continue to work overadditional days to get a discount, as usual with Craft.) Is it 10% first day and i can get 90% discount? How does it works with runestone? 1 day is for free and i can get 90% discount?
Hello. I have question about shield block and damage taken. "Shield block" feat says -"Your shield prevents you from taking an amount of damage up to the shield's Hardness. You and the shield each take any remaining damage, possibly breaking or destroying the shield" At the same time Hardness says - "whenever a shield takes damage, the amount of damage it takes is reduced by this amount" The question is how many damage takes shield after shield block? It sounds logical that the shield receives initial damage - hardness (for example 15 (damage rolled) - 5 (hardness) = 10). But wording clearly says that initial damage is reduced by hardness and only then player and shield takes damage. Hardness reduce damage when shield is taking damage so it looks like 15 (damage rolled) - 5 (reducing damage by hardness as feat says) - 5 (reducing damage by hardness when shield takes damage) =5 Please, clarify this for me.
Hello. I have question about Way of the Shooting Star feat.Initial Benefit(s): You can add your Charisma bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls when wielding a starknife. If you do so, you don’t modify attack rolls and damage rolls with your starknife with your Strength modifier, your Dexterity modifier (if you have Weapon Finesse), or any other ability score (if you have an ability that allows you to modify attack rolls and damage rolls with that ability score). In my opinion this feat is not correct enough, so may be, you could explain me some details. So i will carp to this feat. The first sentence says, that when i am wielding a starknife, i can use my Charisma bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls. And its looks like i can modify any of my attacks as long as i wield a starknife. The second sentence says, that if i modify my attacks rolls and damage rolls with my charisma bonus, then attacks with a starknife don't modify from other ability bonuses. So, right now, it looks like i can modify any of my attack rolls and damage rolls with a charisma when i am wielding a starknife, but if i will attack with a starknife, then it will use only a charisma bonus on attack roll and damage roll (if i want so).
Q1. Can i Make Grapple CM with my Hairs (natural attack)? If i can will i use my strenght or my Intelligence modifiers? Did i strike enemy with my hair natural attack? Can i grab my enemy after this and make pin CM, because enemy already was grappled?

1. Yes. This is attack. But i am not attacking a creature, i am attacking square under creatures legs. So i am not even doing attack roll against creature. So it looks like "Causing harm indirectly is not an attack." And i am not "The spell ends if the subject attacks any creature." And is it not like fireball, Because it is not a spell. I think, attack creature and deal damage to creature is 2 different things, because i can attack creature using grapple or trip combat maneuvers and not dealing damage. 2. It is AOE spell. Yes. But this spell "Spells that summon monsters or other allies are not attacks because the spells themselves don't harm anyone." Spell itself do not damage. "Summoned" black tentacles attacking creatures in this area and damaging creatures. 3. Can you help me find wording about attacking with abilities? Because i read about attacking with Ranged, meele, natural attack. I read about spells (A spell is a one-time magical effect. Spells come in two types: arcane (cast by bards, sorcerers, and wizards) and divine (cast by clerics, druids, and experienced paladins and rangers). Some spellcasters select their spells from a limited list of spells known, while others have access to a wide variety of options.) and spells may count as attack. But about special abilities - nope. Even if it is magical, even if creature makes saving throw and taking damage, i can not found any wording, that it is attack.
Hello. I have some questions about spell "invisibility", so can you help with them ? 1. The first one is about attacking enemy, using splash weapon. Can i throw bombs, acid or alchemist fire under enemys legs. So i will damage him by splash weapon, but will i stay invisible, becase i "Causing harm indirectly is not an attack" ?
P.S. If i have "slumber" hex. And it is works like "sleep" spell. It counts as spell or not ?
1. If i have natural attack, do i need to take Improved unarmed strike to take improved grapple ? There is actual rule about it ?
I have question about white haired witch and her attack. In archetype said "The hair deals 1d4 points of damage (1d3 for a Small witch) plus the witch’s Intelligence modifier." plus 1.5 times your str mod (because you always add that to your attacks, and the archetype doesn't override that). Does it works like this ? Does it means my attack roll don't use my Int modifire and i still need str to have good attack roll ?
Titan Mauler have Jotingrip, which allow hit use Two-Handed weapon in pne hand with -2 penalty, but it must be of appropriately size, so, for example: Medium Greatsword for Human. Also Titan Mauler have Massive Weapon ability, that allows use Two-Handed weapon for greature, that is larger with additional 4 penalty for size. So human with this ability can use Ogres Greatsword (Because this is Two-Handed weapon for large creature). How I understand human cant use Ogres Great Sword in one hand, because it isnt appropriately size and Massive Weapons ability only allow use Ogres Greatsword which still isnt appropriately for human? P.S. Sorry for my English. Isnt my first language, hope you will understand my question.
1. How does it works ? In Undead type said that Not affected by raise dead and reincarnate spells or abilities. Resurrection and true resurrection can affect undead creatures. These spells turn undead creatures back into the living creatures they were before becoming undead. But in Ressurection and true ressurection said that You can resurrect someone killed by a death effect or someone who has been turned into an undead creature and then destroyed. You cannot resurrect someone who has died of old age. Constructs, elementals, outsiders, and undead creatures can't be resurrected. 2. If player multiclassed and has 1 lvl Barbarian and 1 lvl Paladin, than that means that saves from both classes will summed up ?
So, the question is about spell casting. And i didn't find it in rule books or in rules so may be you can help me. So, i want to know, how NPC react on spell casting in pathfinder. Should NPC (And PC also) roll some thing or they just know that you are just casted some thing ? I ask this question because, for example, i want to cast Charm person on NPC or suggestion spell on PC. Do they understand about casted spell and must submit, or they do not understand ? How react on this people around us ?
