Sam the Barbarian for reasons of her own decided to grab those two ultimate martial feats, Master Craftsman (using her Craft (weapons) skill) and Craft Magic Weapons and Armour. Her primary goal is a +1 furious greataxe. She's level 6, has cash, and has indulged in the retraining rules to avoid waiting for level 7.
First: Furious says it requires rage. Is she taking the +5 DC for not casting it, despite having the much cooler rage feature?
Second: When I tried to search the forum for this answer, I thought I saw someone with Craft (armour) trying to make magic weapons with this. Is this really allowed? If so, there's this bow that could use some magicing up, not to mention a lot of armour ...

Spell names are always italicized. In the PRD, "rage" is not italicized, so it is talking about the class feature and not the spell.
Edit: Apparently, it appears in the PRD both italicized and not italicized depending on which book you look at. As the Ultimate Equipment entry is more recent, it takes precedence. It is indeed talking about the rage spell and not the rage class feature.

Yes, though a reasonable GM might waive that penalty. Rule of Cool, and all that.

Probably not, unless your GM is very lenient. According to the Master Craftsman feat, "You must use the chosen skill for the check to create the item."
You could interpret that as simply having to roll that skill check of course, but to me the intent is clearly that the actual skill must be used.| Bob Bob Bob |
Question the first: Yes. Otherwise it would say "Rage class feature", which would just be weird. ANGRY WIZARD!
Question the second: Oh that's just a giant can of worms. One that hasn't changed, since I don't think anything has changed. There are two camps. One says you can use the chosen skill to make whatever magic items you want. And I do mean whatever, Profession (hooker) to make magic weapons and armor. The other says you can only make magic items that let you use that skill in the first place. I'm personally in the second camp. Creating Magic Armor says "Skill Used in Creation: Spellcraft or Craft (armor)." and Creating Magic Weapons says "Skill Used in Creation: Spellcraft, Craft (bows) (for magic bows and arrows), or Craft (weapons) (for all other weapons)." So if you're not using that skill, you can't make those items. Talk to your GM though. If this is for PFS, assume the stricter (second) version.

The 2nd interpretation is clouded a bit by the inclusion of 'profession' as a valid skill to use:
" Choose one Craft or Profession skill in which you possess at least 5 ranks. You receive a +2 bonus on your chosen Craft or Profession skill."
Since the profession skill isn't used for crafting anything at all.

Profession (scribe) to make written items like:
- all the stat enhancing books;- Pages of Spell Knowledge
Profession (bookbinder) for empty books like:
-Blessed Book.
and so on.
