Inappropriately Sized Armor Spikes?

Could a Medium character place Large-sized armor spikes that are in a set of Medium sized armor?

Since those armor spikes would count as one-handed weapons, could they technically be 2H'd for 1.5x STR to damage?

The mental image I get here is so freakin' metal. Seems to work by the book, but I imagine many GMs disallowing it.

No rules saying how you put large spikes on a medium object.

So Ask your GM.

Wouldn't armor spikes be sized for the armor you're attaching them to ? Can you wear oversized armor ? I wouldn't allow it, personnally, but I'm not your GM.

If I were your GM I would allow it, but the size penalty would apply to all attack rolls you make, not just armor Sprite ones, because the giant spikes would be in your way. I'd also apply it to all skills that are affected by an ACP.
