Elemental Spell and the Draconic Sorcerer

Playing a Draconic-bloodline sorcerer and was thinking of taking Elemental Spell. My question is, would a spell that I applied Elemental Spell to gain the descriptor of my chosen element(say I use ES with Magic Missile), thus gaining a damage bonus from my arcana?

No elemental spell metamagic specifically does not change the spell descriptor.
However, a dip into admixture school wizard would allow you to do this though.

the Elemental Spell feat doesn't change the descriptor, so you don't gain the bloodline benefit.

Keep in mind that there are other methods that do change the spell type and thus work, like the Elemental Bloodline arcana or the Admixture wizard school power.
Thus a Draconic/Elemental Crossoblooded Sorcerer does work for example.
