Can anyone point me to an NPC build of a wizard that can raise the dead? I need one around 5th to 8th level. Other levels would be helpful.
I had another post on advice, but it dissappeared, strange. Anyway, I am running my first campaign and it is a lot of fun, but a lot of work. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get!

Sure you wouldn't prefer a cleric? They're the best undead raisers in the game (particularly the Undead Lord Archetype) and can start forming their personal army of darkness two levels earlier than their wizardly counterparts.
If you're dead stuck on a necromancer (pun intended) then the Lesser Animate Dead Spell from Ultimate Magic is a 3rd level wizard spell, so castable at 5th level, and can create you a single small or medium sized skeleton or zombie (none of the varient types are allowed with this spell) but you can recast this a number of times as long as you do not animate more than four times your caster level of hit die worth of undead.
If you're 7th level or above then you can cast the regular version of animate dead.

If you're dead set on wizard: 7th level wizard for animate dead
Feats:
Spell Focus - Necromancy
Undead Master
You can assign other feats to give him another specialty - Intimidate effect, a giant scythe he's focused with, up his defense on the Dodge track whatever.
Basically he'll be able to animate and control 44 HD worth with your Animate Dead spells and another 11 HD with the Command Undead feature you'll get by choosing Necromancy as your specialty school.
Get yourself a skeletal champion - give it a couple levels of fighter for a bodyguard or wizard with the Cooperative Casting teamwork feat so you can enervate and fatigue better than anyone.
Finally for gear equip him with scrolls of mass enlarge, a Staff of Bolstering or other ways of buffing his minions. See with a cleric you might be able to go a round or 2 on the front lines; wizards are ALL about the minions so make good use of them. Oh; and don't forget your Dimension Door just in case...
