Do Sacred Fist Warpriests follow the "alignment within one step of their deity's" rule as per a regular Warpriest? Or do they need to be Lawful like a Monk?
They follow the normal war priest restrictions on deity. They are not monks and do not need to be lawful.
Although, I can't imagine a sacred fist of Gorum, but that's just because I can't imagine an order of Gourm that can never wear armor.
Perhaps, but do they not honor Gorum by going out in sacred battle, ready to rip out the throats of their enemies with their bare hands, and wear the blood of the fallen as their armor?
