I'm reading the stat block for the Dracolisk and it says that it has a breath weapon and gaze attack.
Special Attacks breath weapon (60-foot line of acid, 7d6 acid damage, Reflex DC 18 half), gaze (DC 18, see Basilisk)
How often can these be used? The general description for breath weapons says that it should list a frequency but this is missing from the Dracolisk.

The Dracolisk's writeup says 1d4 rounds for the breath weapon. The Gaze Attack is a Standard Action, per the general rule that Supernatural Abilities are Standard Actions (and thus 1/round things) unless they specifically note otherwise.

A Dracolisk is a basilisk with the half dragon template.
You need to look the template to see how often the breath weapon can be used (once a day). The template and the example dracolisk are here.
D20PSRD is useful, but you shouldn't use it as your primary reference.
Special Abilities: A half-dragon retains all the special attacks of the base creature and gains a breath weapon usable once per day based on the dragon variety (see below). The breath weapon deals 1d6 hit points of damage per racial HD possessed by the half-dragon (Reflex half; DC 10 + 1/2 creature's racial HD + creature's Con modifier).

Huh, so there are multiple versions. XD That happens sometimes - but yeah, as a general rule, try to look for the source of a creature's power if you're unsure about anything. That's usually located in the race and class line of the entry - Paizo's version of the Dracolisk, for example, notes that it's a half-dragon (which we know is a template, so we should check the template to see how its various abilities work... and, helpfully, that's on the same page for the SRD).

In general until you are extremely familiar with the rules, don't use d20pfsrd as your primary sourse, use the prd. They unfortunately don't organize their material by source, so as in the above example they don't make it clear that one of them is coming form the 3rd party tome of horrors and one is coming from the actual pathfinder bestiary. There are lots of other similar cases where you could confuse either 3rd party material or setting material for rpg rules material.
Its a fantastic resource, but if you are looking up something, check the prd first.
