Yup, just 1d4.

Is ok, I've just confirmed it was a typo.

Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Edition page 158. (Don't want to spoil anything)

"Touch +14 (1d4 Wisdom drain+10)"

Does this mean the attack does 1d4+10 wisdom damage?

2 people marked this as FAQ candidate.

If a witch hex doesn't work (due to target making the save or being immune or whatever), does the witch realise?

Good to know, thanks.

Gotcha, thanks.

So are there are two different types of Dracolisks? One is a half dragon/half basilisk and one is a pure Dracolisk?

Interesting, looks like there are multiple entries for the Dracolisk. This is the one I was looking at: Dracolisk

Thanks for your answer!

I'm reading the stat block for the Dracolisk and it says that it has a breath weapon and gaze attack.

Special Attacks breath weapon (60-foot line of acid, 7d6 acid damage, Reflex DC 18 half), gaze (DC 18, see Basilisk)

How often can these be used? The general description for breath weapons says that it should list a frequency but this is missing from the Dracolisk.

Awesome, I will be stealing those notes :)

I think I will use my laptop to send the players messages on their phones describing what they see.

I have a question regarding the haunts in Foxglove Manor.

The rules state that if you have fewer than six players (I have three) you should make the remaining haunts 'universal'. That means that they affect everybody in the room.

How do you play that with the haunts that specifically affect one person, such as the Dance of Ruin or the Phantom Phage?

If you chose to randomly have them affect a PC, isn't that the same as just assigning everybody two haunts, something that the rules say you should not do?

Wouldn't frigid touch give the _attacker_ the ability to make a frigid touch attack?
