Trouble downloading

I can't seem to download the files in My Downloads. I clicked on the Core Rulebook. It said to click again in 60 seconds. When I did it just took me to the same My Downloads page saying to click again in 60 seconds. It never seems to move past "Personalizing". I tried with a few other files with the same result. Not sure what I'm doing incorrectly.

I am currently experiencing the same problem. It is extremely frustrating and I seem unable to find a solution.
Any tips or help would be appreciated.

I have just redeemed a couple of pdf's I had bought, but when i went to my downloads page, and clicked on the links to download the core rule book, it doesn't download. It says "Personalizing.....click again in 60 seconds to download" I have tried multiple times, with multiple different PDF's, and none of them ever download. I even tried a different browser (chrome and firefox) and that did not help either.

My latest download doesn't proceed past the "personalyzing" step.
If I try downloaiding from the book thread, I get an error message.

So I jumped on another thread and essentially chimed in with a "me too," but I guess I should start a new thread. If not, meh.

I am unable to download any file from the My Downloads section. Whenever I try to do so it says "Personalizing...Click link again in 60 seconds to download." When I click the link again it just reloads the page and nothing gets downloaded. I've been having this problem since about 10:30PM last night. I sent an email last night as well.

I'm also unable to download. Occasionally after I click the link, it goes from the "personalizing" loop to the front page of the website, but it never downloads the PDFs.

I don't have the ability to poke this part of our system, but have alerted our tech team to take a look as soon as they're in the office this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience and we hope to have this back in order soon!

If it helps your tech team, Chrome, Firefox and IE are affected across multiple ISPs (TWC, and Sprint). It will start to personalize but never complete or send the download package. It doesn't "timeout" like we had during the humblebundle issues, it just never sends.
