- Corrin: You'll likely want Dragon Disciple, likely entering using Bloodrager (draconic) for Nohr (damage spells), bard/skald for Hoshido (Healing and support spells)
- Leo: Druid of gorum (can cast in metal). Brynhildir is plant-based, and dark mages were referred to as "druids" in earlier games. Take a horse companion, ignore wildshape (won't work with metal armour anyway)
- Takumi: I'm not overly sure how best to do the sniper class, several can do archery well. Inquisitors teamwork abilities could reflect his personal skill.
- Ryoma: Daring champion cavalier. Pick up proficiency and slashing grace, use a sharding shocking katana.
- Xander: As a Nohrian myself, I'd go with paladin, but cavalier could work as well if you disagree he's LG.

For Ryoma why not go Sword Saint?
