Benefit::
While using the total defense action, fighting defensively action, or Combat Expertise, you can forgo the dodge bonus to AC you would normally gain to instead gain an equivalent amount of DR, to a maximum of DR 5/—, until the start of your next turn. This damage reduction stacks with DR you gain from class features, such as the barbarian's, but not with DR from any other source. If you are denied your Dexterity bonus to AC, you are also denied this DR.

Maximum of this feat is DR 5/—.

My questions are...
1) How to get this DR 5/— ?
2) How to increse value of AC by total defense action, fighting defensively action, or Combat Expertise?????
3) If I use total defense action, fighting defensively action, or Combat Expertise... Can i decrese penalty anyway?

Halfling cautious fighter feat and 3 ranks in acrobatics will do it when fighting defensive.
Crane style gets 1 more and lowers the to hit penalties.

Our do you mean how do you convert the Dodge bonus into DR?
I'd call that "not an action" that you declare at the time you would normally get the Dodge bonus.

Lower the to hit penalty?
Crane style lowers out for fighting defensive. Swordplay style lowers it for combat expertise. You can't normally attack in total defense.

So I have to become halfling monk, to gain more dodge bonus from FD? Is there anything else?

A urban / invulnerable barbarian halfling attacking with a scimitar is a master in RD, less damage but difficult to kill...and very fun to roleplay...Nobody expect a Halfling Barbarian...

Combat Expertise grants a +5 dodge bonus at BAB +16

You can choose to take a –1 penalty on melee attack rolls and combat maneuver checks to gain a +1 dodge bonus to your Armor Class. When your base attack bonus reaches +4, and every +4 thereafter, the penalty increases by –1 and the dodge bonus increases by +1. You can only choose to use this feat when you declare that you are making an attack or a full-attack action with a melee weapon. The effects of this feat last until your next turn.
+1 at BAB <4
+2 at BAB 4
+3 at BAB 8
+4 at BAB 12
+5 at BAB 16
