Hello everyone. Who says that evil has to be grim and cruel? Who says that evil doers have to be dark and angry? Why can't evil be joyful and excited to destroy all who oppose them?
I'm setting up this thread along with my friends who you might recognize from the forums as Loup Blanc and JDPhipps (who will hopefully be posting in with their two cents shortly). We've all been very interested in playing through Hell's Vengeance, but we've all been far more interested in being players than running the game. So we're here to look for a GM who's willing to play with a very... strange group of villains and some players that are interested in building a quirky, fun villain to help oppress and decimate the hope of the people of Cheliax.
For the record we currently have:
Antipaladin of Urgathoa (Me)
Inquisitor of Zon-Kuthon (Loup)
Alchemist (JD)
My only request is that the GM be willing to allow an Antipaladin to be any kind of Evil without an archetype. Though the others might have requests about character creation.

Hello! Loup Blanc here. I'll just post in to say that my idea for my Inquisitor of the Midnight Lord is that he truly believes Zon-Kuthon is still a god of beauty who wants his followers (and all the people of Golarion) to be strong and happy. He embraces the philosophy of "that which does not kill you makes you stronger" and runs with it as far as he can; think of him as the most bright, cheerful, and optimistic sadist in the world, and that's about how I plan to play him. It's a concept I've had for a while, actually, but Hell's Vengeance seems beyond perfect for actually playing him out.
As far as character creation, I don't have any huge requests, although I personally prefer higher point-buy so my heroes can be heroic (and in this case, my villain truly villainous).
Would a witch be a welcome addition? Probably a Discworldish type (Granny Weatherwax, Nanny Ogg), if you've read any of those books. Very much a "gets the job done, however it needs to be done" but also operates like a chess player that doesn't want to lose too many pieces in the process of winning (protective of home and allies, etc).
I'd be interested in playing as well, though I'll wait and see if a DM picks this up.

... are you willing, because I have been wanting to use my Lawful Evil persona for sooooooooooooo long!!! i just can't when everyone plays wrath of the righteous.
If I do I can't get it up and running until early July but I will think it over.

Yeah, same here. We've had these character concepts for quite some time, I believe, and shortly after Hell's Vengeance was announced we realized it could be a good fit. I think we can all stand to wait a little longer.
Also, a favorite player? Aww.
Hey, I just got back from the hospital (I was in a car accident, I'm still alive, that's why I wasn't around) and I'm not going to be in the States at the beginning of July, but I should still be fairly active and posting while I'm out of the country. I'm willing to wait to play this game, so if everyone else is on board I am too.
My character concept is an alchemist who is a distance scion of one of Cheliax's noble families, publicly disavowed by his family because he's a tiefling. He's a man of science, and so is still privately funded by his family for experimenting, but he isn't so much "evil" as he is "amoral", as he believes the ends of his experiments justify the means, which are mostly humanoid experimentation.
I guess I should give the basics of my character too while I'm thinking about it.
Essentially, he's an Ustlavic mercenary. He was originally the captain of the guard for a small, very minor noble house until he started having an affair with the lady of the house. Then she mysteriously 'died'. Being Ustlav, she was actually turned in to a vampire and they continued their relationship in secret. He converted to worship of Urgathoa along with his lover, and he recently proposed, strongly believing in his goddess's strong support of marriage and eternal love. However, he's decided that he must earn his eternity with his true love. So he's going out in to the world to spread the plagues and death of his goddess so that he can earn his undeath.
His hobbies included writing love poetry, pressing flowers to send to his betrothed, infecting communities with deadly plagues, and slaughtering those who would stand between him and an eternity with his beloved.
