How loud is Major Image?

Ghost sound has specific about what sounds can be (or rather can't be) created and how loud it can be. Major image, which does have audio capabilities, doesn't have seem to have such restrictions. Can Major image replicate a dragon roar? Louder?

As a unrelated rider:
It would appear that it can't replicate Inteligent speech but I can seem to find a spell that delivers a loud message. I thought major Image might do the trick, but I guess not.

Quite right. That is what I meant. How loud is magic mouth? Can it produce sound at -10DC? -20 DC?

Neither the spell description nor the Illusion section of Magic in the Core Rulebook specifies this. The rules are silent. It's up to the GM.

The spell for transmitting a clear (not loud) message at a very long range is Mage's Decree.
