Sorcerer: Do the bonuses granted from Bloodline Arcana apply to all of the spells cast by the sorcerer, or just those cast from the sorcerer's spell list?
The Bloodline Arcana powers apply to all of the spells cast by characters of that bloodline, not just those cast using the sorcerer's spell slots.
General rule: If a class ability modifies your spellcasting, it applies to your spells from all classes, not just spells from the class that grants the ability. (The exception is if the class ability specifically says it only applies to spells from that class.)
First, does the bloodline ability affect spells cast as spell-like abilities? For example, does the bloodline ability affect the summoner's Summon Monster (Sp)? Or, for that matter, does it affect the Tattooed Sorcerer's Create Spell Tattoo (Sp)?
Does the bloodline affect the Eidolon itself, in any respect? In example, the Celestial bloodline adds DR/evil to summoned creatures.
I believe that bloodline arcana works with SLA as long as it doesn't involve metamagic or spell levels.
No, bloodline wouldn't go to your eidolon.
The exact wording of the arcana is important here. It says:
"Whenever you cast a spell of the summoning subschool, the creatures summoned gain DR/evil equal to 1/2 your sorcerer level (minimum 1). This does not stack with any DR the creature might have."
So if you summon your eidolon via the ritual, the eidolon gets no DR. However, if you summon your eidolon via the Summon Eidolon spell, you do get the DR.
