Shadow Lord's Incorporeal Step - Game Mechanics

Advice

Looking at the Incorporeal Step ability:
"When a shadow lord moves, it gains the incorporeal subtype and quality, including a deflection bonus to AC equal to its Charisma bonus. It loses the incorporeal subtype and special ability when it stops moving."

How has everyone handled the fact that he's only incorporeal while moving? Seems very vague. Some specific questions:
1. Does a 5ft step count?
2. If not, how much does he have to move to become incorporeal?
3. What about attacking with a charge? Is he incorporeal while making the attack?
4. How about making acrobat checks to move through threatened areas?

Let me know how everyone else handles (or would handle) this.

Thanks!

1. 5 foot step is movement.
2. Any movement is movement.
3. Yes. Having moved at any point during your turn means that your character has moved during that round. Remember - all actions in a round happen simultaneously in game.
4. Also movement.

Thanks for the input!
