The Exchange Owner - D20 Hobbies

Seeking requires ranged.
Throwing makes the Longsword ranged.

Anything I'm missing?

The weapon itself needs to be a ranged weapon.

A longsword wouldn't count as a thrown weapon until you used it as such, which wouldn't be the case during the enchantment process.
