I was reading some posts and people were saying that you can only Summon Earth, Fire Water Air.
Is there any place where this information is displayed?
I've prepared some sheets with my Summons and I put into it Cold Iron, Magma and the other Paizo's one, but I usually like to play RAW and I sorta limit myself when something is out of line.
My DM doesn't have that much time to read on rules, so unless something is obviously broken I'm the one using the banhammer on things.
I'd appreciate an official ruling or something if you guys have it!
Thanks

In Pathfinder Society you may only summon the Core 4 Elementals.
It doesn't sound like you're playing PFS, but if your GM likes to use that ruleset, then you'd be limited to them as well.
If not, then it's really just a discussion you need to have with your GM. There is nothing "official" on the matter.

The summon list was created presuming Core monsters only, the same applies to SNA.
Expanding that list would fall into GM FIAT. That being said, there is an argument that can be made for using any sort of elemental, as long as it adheres to the size given for the type.
Of course, some of them any sane GM wouldn't allow (Aether Elementals are extremely overpowered to begin with).

The official ruling is in the text of the Summon spells. Spells only do what they do...they don't automatically expand their lists when new material comes out.
HOWEVER, as pointed out before, supplemental material MAY contain feats, items, Prestige Classes, etc. which can expand or modifiy the list such as Summon Good Monster, for example.

Source on that?
EDIT: It's in the "not being mentioned in Additional Resources" bit.

But the spell doesn't say "Air, Earth, Fire or Water elemental". It says "Elemental". Not the subtype, but the creature listed as "Elemental, [Foo]". Magma elementals fit the bill. It seems they should be summonable, and they haven't been put on any expanded summoning lists or summoning rings AFAIK, which indicates they are intended to be summonable right out of the gate. I did notice someone saying "James thinks", but I assume that was James Jacobs and thus totally dismissable.
To the OP, about being reasonable: The Aether elemental has the ability to fling creatures (save allowed) and objects. It doesn't say that attended objects get a save. Please don't be the kind of player who keeps arguing that a 2-HD aether elemental can auto-disarm absolutely anybody.
