For reasons I no longer recall, at some point I skipped from -13 to -20 with my PFS character numbers. Well, a week ago I created a new character for a PFS game and tried to use -14 as the character number for it. It looks like it went through okay and the game was recorded, but now I can't create a character for it in my profile on the site, as the system auto-numbers all new characters after 20.
What should I do?

As for why the numbers skipped? Perhaps you deleted some characters? Deleting the character doesn't free up the number again afterwards.
As to the solution, can you get in contact with the GM/reporter of your previous game, and have them correct the reporting to your -20 or -21? If not, try a Venture-Captain. Try your local one first, but any will do (even me!)

While my #7 and #9 are dead, my #2 is lost in the æther as you describe, and that's a better story to tell.
If I ever get a character that can cast wish, I'll email customer support about it.
Cause it takes a wish spell to get hold of customer support, amiright! ;) (I'm just kidding please don't screen my calls.)
