Building an evil 13th level summoner (WotW)

Advice

I'm joining a "Way of the Wicked" campaign and i need to create a 13th level LE Summoner - we're going by 140k character wealth, all can be used for crafting.

This is a long post with the entire stats, Thank you very much in advanced for helping!

In addition to any advice you may be able to provide, i have a few Questions:

1. What should my last Feat be?
2. Should i replace Scribe Scroll for Craft Wand?
3. Should i put more in to knowledge? (we are low on that in the party) and which one?
4. I still have around 35k to spend, what should i spend it on?
5. should i go for a ring of wizardry\invisibility?
6.I fail to see what combination (Except HUGE) can i use with Evolution surge (Greater)
7. is there any way to defend my ioun stones?
8. is there any way to defend my eidolon against Smite Evil?
9.Any good ways to raise the Eidolons saves? (Summoner is using Shoulder slot)

1-2: Purely on money saved Craft Wondrous Item is better than either, if you're any good at spellcraft, which you are. If it's between the two, scribe scroll will be more useful in play, craft wand will likely save you more in advance. I'd also get persistent spell for use with glitterdust.
3: You're really not going to be the knowledge expert with a few more ranks.
4: You could get a bunch of minor useful items (more powerful, probably), or a minor rod of quicken spell (far simpler).
5: no, IMO.
6: Really? Flight with extra speed doesn't appeal? Blindsight and immunity to whatever element your enemy likes to use?
7: try a wayfinder.
8: none particularly good.
9: A wayfinder with an ioun stone may have a resonant power. If you're using the non-random method of determining these powers, get a wayfinder with a clear spindle ioun stone and give it to the eidolon.

Thank you for your help avr!

1-2.Can't seem to edit the OP but ill say this here - our party has every possible crafting feat. as for Scrolls\Wands im trying to think what would be smarter for me, money saving wise on spells ill use often, whilst keeping slots available for myself in "real time"
3.Thank you, i just wanted a CHANCE to know something.
4.any advice on those minor useful items? this is only my 2nd Pathfinder game so i tend to miss the importants of things.
5.thank you.
6.Well - as said above, i miss things. since my Eidolon is a pouncer he will probably be front and center, and flying won't really be usefull in combat because i want to stay back. - no?
7.first i've heard of those, will read up on it now
8.thank you.
9.again, will read on these.

1. What should my last Feat be?
Considering you don't have a constitution belt on the Summoner, I'd strongly recommend the Toughness feat. It's boring, but it helps. Great Fortitude for similar reasons.

2. Should i replace Scribe Scroll for Craft Wand?
Craft Wand has some of the best potential for making use of the discounted Summoner spell list. Hell, consider switching out a 2nd level spell to have it available on demand.

3. Should i put more in to knowledge? (we are low on that in the party) and which one?
You have limited skill points. Perception and UMD are worth keeping maxed, and you're smart to have Diplomacy while also sparing some points for Linguistics. I'd say have the Eidolon cover Planes and maybe even Arcana. Its skill setup tells me you're not going for a skill monkey, so you have free reign to assign its non-Perception skill ranks. Don't forget the incredible Skilled evolution.

4. I still have around 35k to spend, what should i spend it on?
Off the top of my head, physical stat belt. Likely for the Eidolon, since it's going to be your primary combatant. However, a Con belt is just as good of an investment. You will also want several scrolls of Summon Eidolon. Double up on Lesser Rods of Extend for your 10 min/level buffs.

5. should i go for a ring of wizardry\invisibility?
Invisibility is a nice one, considering your monsters do the work for you. Wizardry is way too expensive for what you get.

6.I fail to see what combination (Except HUGE) can i use with Evolution surge (Greater)
Here's the trick. You cannot use any version of Evolution Surge to upgrade an evolution you already have. Therefore, you'll want to free up 6 points off of the current build to make room for Hugeness.

7. is there any way to defend my ioun stones?
As mentioned above, Wayfinder will hide one of them.

8. is there any way to defend my eidolon against Smite Evil?
Sadly, no. A Paladin's Smite is the ultimate go-time button, so your best bet is to either kill the Paladin first or keep him busy with cannon fodder while the rest of the party gets it under control. Smite only targets one thing, but if she's facing a whole mob of fiendish pouncing cats being summoned from a flying, invisible caster? She's gonna have a bad time.

9.Any good ways to raise the Eidolons saves? (Summoner is using Shoulder slot)
Other than slotless stat boosting Ioun Stones? Not that I can think of off the top of my head.

A few notes:
- The Improved Damage evolution only works on one weapon. Not one type, just one weapon. I'm assuming you're playing a four legged Eidolon? If so, consider dropping it for Pounce.
- You have some +6/2 stat items. iirc, those are not possible without custom item building and the GM's permission. If you have it, never mind what I'm saying.
- Evolution Surge is one of the best spells on your entire list. It allows you to adapt to nearly any situation. Hell, I'd say drop variable Evolutions (such as Immunity: Fire) so you can bring them up with Evolution Surge with variations for the different situations where you'll need them.
- Do not underestimate the Aspect ability. Leeching 4 natural armor and casting Barkskin goes a long way towards making your summoner surprisingly hard to hit.

If you're already allowed a +6/+2 headband, why not a +6/+2/+2 headband instead of the stone?

Minor items - a wand of cure light wounds or infernal healing to heal yourself, eyes of the eagle to boost your perception, a circlet of persuasion to boost diplomacy, UMD and your concentration. An amulet of mighty fists +1 for the eidolon, maybe a ring of protection for your summoner. Scrolls for every odd situation you can think of; with the handy haversack they're all just a move action away. Scrolls (or maybe a wand) are a cheaper way of handling invisibility for you than a ring and likely as good. A metamagic rod of reach spell (minor) in case you want to cast something from a bit further away. A ring of sustenance makes you less likely to be caught asleep, despite the name.

@Rosc - Thank you for the awesome amount of tips.
1.Good idea! yeah, not sexy but can most defo save my butt
2.nice! ill switch it out. what do you mean buy "Switching out 2nd spell to have it" what is it?
3. Good, i will do that once i have a few more spare evo's
4. TY - i didn't think about taking "Summon Eidolon", there are alot of interesting Summons for many situations if i lose my Eidolon - will get a 2nd rod of extend.
5.Ill get invis ring with probably some +armor on it (Costume item), was afraid maybe many angels have see invis. - btw is the command on the ring free action, swift or standard?
6.im kind of apprehensive about Huge atm, this is my first time with Eidolon, i don't know if my eidolon will need to squeeze all the time.
let alone finding a 15feet wide straight line in order to pounce.
7. Got it!
8. sigh
9. got it!

@Menacing Shade of mauve - good question, im pretty sure a +2 on a Aluring handband doesn't give 1 skill point per HD

@avr awesome list! thank you!
