Can't remember feat

I have a dex heavy rouge that I want to be trip happy. I remember reading a feat that replaced dex for str in calculating CMB. I cannot recall the name of the feat nor the source I saw it in. Does anyone know what and where it is?

Actually 2 feats: Weapon Finesse does it for the maneuvers that you use a weapon to do as well as for normal attack rolls, while Agile Maneuvers does it for all combat maneuvers, but not normal attack rolls (so they overlap, but neither is a complete superset of the other).

You don't really need it, though. Trip can be used with a weapon, so you can Trip using weapon finesse.
