Readied actions and move actions

Rules Questions

Surely this has been discussed in a previous thread, but I can't seem to find it.

When your readied action triggers on the next round, but before your turn, your initiative changes to just before that of the triggering creature or object. Does this mean that you lose any other actions that were not associated with the readied action? If your readied action was a move action, and it triggers, you forfeit all other standard, swift, and free actions for that round.

CRB (pg203):
If you take your readied
action in the next round, before your regular turn comes
up, your initiative count rises to that new point in the
order of battle, and you do not get your regular action
that round.

This makes sense with move and standard actions. But if the readied action was a swift or free action, it seems a little counterintuitive.

If a wizard readies a quickened spell on one round and it triggers in the next round, is he unable to move or take a standard action (or any other non-immediate action except speaking and AoOs) for the entirety of that round and until his turn on the round after that?

On your turn you got to do whatever you wanted. Then as your standard action for your turn you readied an action. Your readied action triggers and you do it. Then next round your turn is just before the turn your readied action was in.

Okay, example:

A Wizard acts on init count 8 of round 1. He can make a move, swift, or free actions however he chooses, but he uses his standard to ready an action; his turn then ends.

On init count 17 of round 2, his ready action goes off. His initiative changes to 17 and he is unable to act again until init count 17 on round 3.

This why one might delay instead of ready. When you delay you get your full suite of actions, but you can't interrupt mid action. Readying allows you to disrupt other actions, but limits your actions available at that moment.
