Is there a Metamagic Rod of Heighten Spell?
I haven't found a like rod yet, but didn't know if it went by a different name.

How would you determine how much higher the spell got? I guess you could treat it like Reach metamagic rod.
No there isn't, because you only get the benefits of Heighten Spell by actually casting the spell as a higher level spell slot.

So for a similar reason why there is no still spell metamagic rod. The hand you'd use to hold the rod you could just use to cast the spell instead.
