Old Characters, lost / missing chronicles - What do I do?

I've gotten about 20 or so PFS character. Some chronicles I can find, scanned into my skydrive. Others? Can't find a blessed thing :(

What can I do for these old characters with missing chronicles? Some have been unplayed for 2-3 years.

I would advise contacting your nearest Venture-Officer. They can work with you along with your online record to reissue chronicles for the games that were reported. The old characters can be recreated as close to the original as possible

You should be able to find a full list of the scenarios you've played (and fame you've earned) under your paizo account. That should help.

From the forums it happens a lot.

I loose sheets on occasion. What i usually do (since i own most of the scenarios) is to print out another sheet and have the DM sign it next time i see them. If it s a convention or long trip that doesnt work nearly as well.

Had my entire binder of 20+ PCs stolen last year.. still fixing it.

Stuff happens at geek tables. I somehow managed to walk away from a friends house with a 1 foot by 2 foot Tupperware lid without noticing.

There was like 8 or 9 boons I keep in the binder for gameday/convention fun. I gave away like 3 races and 4 con boons to my tables in GenCon

Not to mention 3 battery packs, a pack of dice, several small tokens for encounters and about 3 nib pens.

Six weeks later it reappears.. minus the boons, dice , tokens, and packs. And my chronicles.

I have my suspects.. but no one has pulled out the boons, I've traded enough of the boons to lose track when/where I got them.. so I can't figure out if they got them from a con or from my binder.

So rather than point a finger at all my friend and fellow gamers.. I just shrugged and moved on.

Not sure how you can do that, can't really assume full gold and prestige points on them, how can you really know what they were? I guess prestige is tracked, but not the gold and day jobs. I think it would be tough to even know the exact tier for 100% of them especially if they were old (before mid-tier rules came out).

Well in my case.. I keep my characters in Hero Lab, and had them backed up (mostly) on the iCloud drive. So, I got MOST of them.. did an audit of the listed entries.. and worked from there. With 26+ characters.. it takes a while. And there are gaps.. I know I played Nightmarch for example.. but it's not listed online.

MY problem is that sometimes a second DM is called in to facilitate our numbers and he struggles at turning scenarios in. I have recently created a new 1st level character and because our store was only running 7-11 stuff I was playing pre-gens. I have played two games over the last 2 months where I used the new character and neither scenario has been entered.
