Just a few questions about my wizward familiar that I just do want to be verfified. Is it true that
1. My familiar gets bonus feats at 1,3,5...
2. My familiar has the save stats from the bestary or wherever
I get the stats from? E.g. my Compsognathus has Fort4, Ref0, Will4.
3. My familar get the wizards skill ranks or if its is higher it gets its? So he gets access to knowledge and craft from the wizard?
And last but not least:
Saving Throws: For each saving throw, use either the
familiar’s base save bonus (Fortitude +2, Reflex +2, Will
+0) or the master’s (as calculated from all his classes),
whichever is better. The familiar uses its own ability
modifiers to saves, and it doesn’t share any of the other
bonuses that the master might have on saves.
So according to this my wizard with stats of Fort1, Ref2, Will3 would have Fort4, Ref2 and Will4 (having a compsognathus)?

1. As far as I know, familiars never gain HD - they just have half your HP, and count as your number of HD for effects that are based on them. That means no feats, ever, except the initial one (and the one at 3rd/5th if you somehow had a familiar with 3/5GD).
2. Your familiar has the BASE saves of either your base saves from your Wizard class levels, or the BASE saves of the animal the familiar is based on (+2, +2, +0). Take the higher of the two - so if you were a first level wizard, you'd have base saves of (0,0,+2). The higher of the 2 for your familiar's fortitude is the +2 base save from being a familiar, so this is used - add the constitution modifier. The same is applicable for reflex saves, adding the dex modifier. Finally for will saves, the base save of a 1st level wizard is higher, and so it is used instead, adding WIS modifier.
TL;DR - use your wizard's base WILL save always, and use +2 ref and +2 fort as the base save of the familiar until you get to level 9, then use the wizard's base saves for all of them.
3. Your familiar recieves either the amount of ranks in the skill that you have in, or that the base animal it is based on has in that skill. So yes, it gets all your knowledges. Whether it gets the +3 from class skills is still up to the familiar, as far as I know. If you pick the sage familiar archetype (Sage Familiar) then the familiar instead gets 2 skill ranks of its own to assign per level, and a bonus to all knowledges, if that's what you're interested in.
Final note: Having a Compsognathus won't change the saves of your Wizard. It gives the wizard +4 initiative, but the familiar rules for saves only applies to the familiar.

Whether it gets the +3 from class skills is still up to the familiar
Just to be completely on board, the compsognathus has the following Skills Perception +4, Swim +10 so this are its class skills where I would get the +3 additionally?

For class skills:
Familiars treat Acrobatics, Climb, Fly, Perception, Stealth, and Swim as class skills.
For ranks - from the stats it looks like it has 1 rank in perception + class skill = +4, and then one rank in swim = +8 (swim speed) + 2 (dex) as tiny creatures use Dex for Swim, but not entirely sure? If it had 1 rank in and used STR instead it'd be +8+1+3-1, which is +11, so incorrect. Unless I'm missing something it looks like it only has 1 rank, and that's in perception. Makes sense, as it has 2 INT - one rank per HD, and 1 HD :)
