Stats for a Small Phantom??

The Spiritualist text says that a medium-sized spiritualist can have a small phantom. If I choose to do that are the phantom's ability scores adjusted in any way?

Or do you keep the same stats and just apply the usual small bonuses/penalties (lowered base damage, +1 to AC/attacks, +4 to Stealth etc.)?

I would assume you just use the usual small bonuses/penalties.

Ok, thanks! That's what I was thinking too since I couldn't find any text stating that their ability scores actually changed. But it seems common enough that you lose Strength and gain Dexterity when changing sizes downward that I thought I might be missing it.

The only thing I can find on that is the shrink person spell, cause most of the small races have a penalty to strength but it's not built into the small size feature.
