I was looking over Mythic Adventurers for a Hell's Vengeance game I may run and I saw a lack of Mythic Evil creation paths. Did I miss something?

What do you mean by "Mythic Evil creation paths"?

Are you referring to Mythic paths ( Archmage, Champion, Trickster, Marshal, Hierophant)?

Most powers are morally neutral, and can be used by characters anywhere on the spectrum. However, if you'd like more options, consider picking up the Mythic Hero's Handbook and the Mythic Spell Compendium, which drastically expand the options available (and provide a few fixes for the system, which is arguably even more important).

Mythic foes use different rules than mythic heroes.

Here you go.

Enjoy your villain having access to multiple initiative counts each round and other amazing abilities outside the reach of heroes.

(In case I misinterpreted the intent of your question, and you were asking for the PCs, then never mind - the mythic paths are completely neutral.)

Legendary Games did a Path of Villains PDF to provide a better way to design mythic villains. It uses the base mythic framework but makes some tweaks and incorporates some new abilities to make 'boss encounters' more interesting and effective in a mythic game. I have the PDF and I recommend it for anyone running such a campaign.

In a pinch, you can give a villain the Agile and one or more other Mythic Simple Templates (based on what kind of boss they are).
