Stonesnake

I'm trying to setup an encounter in a tomb where the PCs unleash an undead horror that can jump into a dead body, possess that body, fight the PCs until the body is destroyed, and then jump into a new body.
Basically the PCs would fight like 3-4 bodies before the creature is destroyed/banished.
Does anyone know of any monster like that in the current rules? I sort of remember seeing a monster like this in the past, but I can't find it.
Any ideas? I have pretty much every book so wherever it's located is fine. Thanks!

Intellect Devourer, a Lich(or any spellcaster) with Clone, any kind of Demon by adding the demon-possesed template to those Undead
You do not really need a monster with a possesion ability though. You can just roleplay it as well. Just have your creature(I recomend some kind of ghost) do it. Since it is basically just multiple encounters in a row, there is nothing unfair or overpowered about it.

3.X had the bhut (not the Pathfinder bhuta)
Hellwasps can possess corpses. If you wanted undead, you could throw an undead template of some kind that.
As for ghosts, in Classic Horrors Revisited, there is also the Ghost special ability Reinvigoration, which allows the possession of corpses.
The Haunt from the Tome of Horrors (not the Paizo Pathfinder Haunt, this one: http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/undead/haunt ) can possess people at zero dexterity (it inflicts dex damage with its touch)

Then there's the vermlek demon.
That seems interesting (since you do so with a relatively low CR).
Might need to stretch the rules a bit so its abandon flesh ability can be done stealthily though (since this whole 'body possession' though would not work too well if it gets killed in the middle)
