I am creating a core character for PFS. Can I use advanced age to increase my int, wis, and cha while lowering my str, dex, and con?

You may use advanced age.
You do not gain the benefits.

Nope. The Roleplaying Guild Guide outlines the rules for character creation.

On page 7 it says:

You can be whatever age you want (up to venerable), but your ability scores don't change.

Be sure to register it as "Core"!

Like, on your account page, there are three options. One's for the card game, one says roleplaying, and one says Core.

I've seen many make that mistake.
