Magic items that give auto-Breath of Life

The ones I know of are very expensive like Armor of Determination. I thought there was some sort of amulet that would function that way, but cannot recall. And, of course, First Aid Gloves will only work if you're alive.

There is the Talisman of Life's Breath from Occult Adventures. It comes in a greater and lesser form. Lesser is only a one time use, costing 3,500 gold. Greater works once a day, costing 35,000 gold. These take up the neck slot, and you can wear up to 3 at a time. They don't all have to be the same type (there are a bunch of different tailsimans), but if they all have the same trigger, they would all activate at the same time.

Okay, I just found something that does an auto-heal when wearer falls below 0 HP: Aegis of Recovery.

A shawl of life keeping does, its only 1000gp...our Kingmaker party uses them very effectively and they have saved us many times.

Another thing is if you are follower of Sarenrae you can use a Dawnflower Sash...which has a lot of other cool uses in addition to the cure light wounds when reaching -1 hp....

The Aegis crumbles to dust... That means you could put on a lot of them, but only one would be active, because of magic items slots, but when crumbling to dust that would make the next one active.
