Page of Spell Knowledge and Psychic Casters

So I played a scenario with my Occultist, and on the chronicle sheet was a Page of Spell Knowledge. "Great," I think, "a way to get more spells!"

The problem being that in the description of the item is specifically calls out "Arcane or Divine spells," but the item was made before Psychic magic was created. So the question becomes:

Can Psychic casters use the Page of Spell Knowledge in PFS (and to a lesser extent in general), or no?

Spell Lattice doesnt have that problem.

This is true, but from what I understand it also needs to be held, which is a bit more of a problem.

Edit: As well, I don't have the fame for a Spell Latice at this juncture, and I was hoping to pick up the Page of Spell Knowledge (from the chronicle sheet) after my next scenario.

Harumph...the different rule for a spell latice and page of spell knowledge seem t o indicate that it needs to be held (unlike the page) and that the pages won't work for psycic casters...

That's what I'm seeing as well, which would be unfortunate :-/ I'm hoping that the page will work for Psychic casters because of the description being written back in 2012, long before Occult Adventures, but for now I guess I'll take the safe route and not buy it in the near future

If I were them, I'd at least make an exception for Occultists, because using magic items is what they do!

Yeah, I sincerely hope so, I do love my Occultist :-P and the Page of Spell Knowledge would DEFINITELY help with their small number of spells known
