I have been thinking about creating a Kraken Caller druid for PFS. However, I can't think of a good build to overcome the BAB and minuses to attack.
I have been tempted to multiclass with Kineticist Elemental Ascetic, at least 2 levels to get an extra d6 on my attacks.
If I could get multiattack in PFS I would and solve many of my issues with the build.
Suggestions?

One of the single most straightforward ways to improve melee abilities is just to take a level of Barbarian (or Urban Barbarian if you want to keep it cleaner) and some Extra Rage. This gives you both the normal benefits of Rage and the ability to use a Furious weapon, which is incredibly good if you already buff attacks with spells - like if you use Greater Magic Fang to put +1 on all your natural attacks while wearing a Furious Amulet of Mighty Fists, your natural attacks will all have a +3 enhancement. The nice thing about having secondary tentacles is that you can still swing a (Furious) two-hander around as well, so they're not your only source of damage. Otherwise, people often don't realize that a 3/4 BAB character not using Power Attack is essentially at the same starting point as a full BAB using it.

You could play a half-orc, and take the toothy trait for a bite attack.
Start as a Barbarian, and take extra rage.
Then 5 levels of Kraken Caller, picking up power attack and shaping focus.
1 level of Archaeologist Bard, and get extra performance
Another level of Barbarian, getting the lesser fiend totem for the gore attack.
Another level of Kraken Caller, getting aspect of the beast for the 2 claw attacks
That's a nine level mess, giving 1 bite attack, 1 gore attack, 2 claw attacks and 4 tentacle attacks.
Even with the minus's to attack, something will probably hit.

Think I came up with a good build...
Race: Undine
1 - Kineticist (Elemental Ascetic) = d6 extra of damage on natural attacks.
- Feats: Weapon Finesse (DEX Build)
2 - Druid (1) (Kraken Caller)
3 - Druid (2) (Kraken Caller)
- Feats: Boon Companion
4 - Druid (3) (Kraken Caller)
5 - Druid (4) (Kraken Caller)
- Feats: Shaping Focus
6 - Ranger (1) (Freebooter, Shapeshifter)
7 - Ranger (2) (Freebooter, Shapeshifter)
- Feats: ??
8 - Ranger (3) (Freebooter, Shapeshifter)
9 - Ranger (4) (Freebooter, Shapeshifter)
Taking the freebooter for the extra +1 to hit and damage against anything instead of just one. At 4th I will get an additional +2 for flanking buddies.
Shapeshifter for the plus to movement or the 1/2 without provoking (can't decide).
Boom companion and Shaping Focus gives me full druid companion and wild shape abilities.
At level 8 I will still have a BAB of +6

Will the Final Embrace feat chain work here? Final Embrace needs the Constrict special ability. Does this mean that the feat is qualified for if you can wild shape into something that has Constrict (but the feat is then only useable when in such a form), or would you need 2 levels of White Haired Witch for native Constrict in order to qualify? I'm leaning towards the latter.

Assuming that you're using an Agile Amulet of Mighty Fists for damage with DEX, Urban Barbarian can probably do more for you than Freebooter - particularly when Freebooter keeps eating your move actions to work.
I went with Ranger Freebooter / Shapeshifter for the Natural Attacks.
This way I can take Improved Natural Attack to increase my Tentacle damage from a d4 to a d6.I thought the move action for the bonus wasn't too bad as it lasts till I choose another target. Also when I take the 4th level of ranger, its companion level will stack.
I did look long and hard at the barbarian. Besides the +2 hit/damage and extra movement I didn't see anything else.

The thing about spending a move action is that on a round where you were going to get to full attack, you only get to attack once. On a round where you were going to move up and attack once, you can't. It's not a bad ability, but it's not going to be the kind of thing you can just throw around while fighting without it really cramping your attacks.
Rage on the other hand gets you +4DEX and the ability to use a Furious Amulet of Mighty Fists, which will stack with Greater Magic Fang. Taking Beast Totem and Animal Fury can get you two claws and a bite while raging. So all together, it would get you three natural attacks, +2 attack and damage from Rage dexterity, and +3 enhancement to all attacks with an Agile, Furious Amulet of Mighty Fists and Greater Magic Fang, and it costs no actions. You actually wouldn't get Fast Movement with the Urban Barbarian archetype, since you're trading it in for Controlled Rage.
