Are there any rods that contain spells?

There's a few magus arcana that relate to rods. As far as I can tell, they're entirely useless, as they interact with 'spells [the rod] contains'. And rods don't contain spells.

Did the designers confuse rods with wands or some shit? You'd think someone would have picked up on that in a faq or erreta.

Or are there a bunch of rods with spells in them around that I don't know about?

Rod of Shadows has Deeper Darkness, Rod of Thunder and Lightning has Lightning Bolt and Shout, and I'm sure there are others.

The best one of all, at least form a roleplaying standpoint (and using the expanded table): Rod of Wonder.

Seriously, is there anything more fun to use in this game than a Rod of wonder ... make your enemies and allies cringe every round Mwuhahaha
