Crossblooded Bloodline Familiar

Rules Questions

Assuming you have a bloodline and a crossblooded archetype, which bloodline ability does your familiar get? You choice or both or something else?

Shadow Lodge

Hmm
It'd be either whichever one you would normally select to have the 1st level power or both.... That's a really good question.

If there were an official clarification, I believe crossblooded and bloodline familiar both work as archetypes that modify the same ability. So they wouldn't stack.

But without that clarification, it relies on each DM to determine how that works in his own campaign.

+1

Same reason crossblooded and wild blooded don't stack.

Bloodline familiar is not an archetype, but a (vaguely defined) "option", similar to Variant Channeling and Sin Magic. IMO, it would have the ability matching the ability it replaces.
