Hello everyone, i've just joined the community.
After an accidental death of one of my char, i'm brainstorming to create a new one.
The idea i've catched right now is to create a little tiefling/gnome who's convinced he's a Big Evil Guy, while he's not and seems ridiculous to the other party's members.
On the race, i cannot change it because of the campaign and the situation, so it will be Tiefling (Gnome), but i can choose between all the Tiefling "Sub-Race" (like Asura-Spawn etc...).
Mixed Questions/Informations:
- My party is composed of
Human Paladin (Iomedae)
Aasimar Cleric (Sarenrae)
Gnome Summoner
N/A (a recently dead character, Half-Elf Ranger, which i dont know what will he become)
- I was thinking on a similar-little Dalton guy who rages when others laugh of him
- I'll start from level 11, with 60k gold and the standard point buy
- I believe it will be funny to have him supported with a little creature (like an Imp or whatever) who cackle and plots in the dark
- Wondering if it does exist a way to trap creatures in bottles (or similar) or infuse their souls in intelligent magic objects
- If the char ends up being Evil for real, i will have to talk with the DM to find a way to hide my Allignment, because i've a Paladin in my party
- I was thinking on a Caster Class/Archetype/Prestige Class, because i believe my party does need one
Well this is all i can think right now, i hope someone will be so kind to dedicate me some of his/her time!
Many thanks!
Kalindlara

You could play a sorcerer or wizard and take the diabolist prestige class. It even comes with a little imp!
For potential alignment worries, rings of mind shielding are an old favorite.
As for trapped souls and magic items, I don't recall an official method of doing that specific thing. Try working with your GM, perhaps using trapped creatures as components for magic item creation (doing it the usual way in all other respects).
Good luck! ^_^

Preservationist alchemist, into master chemyst..
Mutate would give you the don't piss off the little guy thing, he could constantly be bottling samples from creatures' brains, chortling about trapping their souls as he does so since he figured out where it lives..
If you don't like bombs you can go vivisector, but why since that won't advance with MC and doesn't use your alternate FCB to improve bomb damage and doesn't make things explode.
Daemon-spawn for finesse / Slashing grace with a dagger or agile AoMF with Feral mutagen, or Oni-spawn for str with a longspear and combat reflexes (and/or Feral).. Soul seer alternate would help with a soul obsession, and is thematic with the eyes if you go for the see in darkness feats.. Pass for Human if GM will allow it to work for his gnomish heritage instead, if not that then maw and fiendish sprinter are cool too..
Tumor familiar raven (or improved to imp if GM allows) would give you the devil on your shoulder..
Infusion and bomb discoveries like dispelling and stinking should give most of your party's caster needs.

Thanks Kalindlara for the imput!
I've some (noobish) questions:
-Summoning devils will not create me some problems with "the goodies" of the party (Paladin, Cleric)? Those are Evil creatures...how could i explain me doing that?
-I like the idea to infuse creatures in objects, will surely propose that, maybe adjusting with an house rule (we're playing a homemade campaign)
-To summon devils will have a cost in game for the caster? Will i be able to summon those? (just starting of knowing this Prestige Class, but i've read something about a bargain with devils who requires everytime some price... what can i offer to devils?)
-The ring idea is pretty awesome!

Thanks for the imput Cult of Vorg!
Some questions:
-With this Alchemist Archetype i could trap any creature i will fight? (I've read about animals in the archetype, but cannot find how i can "bottle" random creatures)
-I dont get the "Soul Seer" thing you said :(, could you explain me what you mean by?
-Nice idea for the "Devil-on-my-side"

I was talking about alternate Tiefling racial abilities. (Scroll down, they're just before the alternate Tiefling types.)
The ARG also has a feat that you can take twice to get the See In Darkness ability, where instead of Darkvision X', you just ignore all natural or supernatural darkness. I think soul seer and those go together thematically for a dark-tainted eyes thing.
The preservationist adds the summon natures ally spells as extracts, fluffed as having samples of those creatures in bottles (although you don't actually need specific samples to cast them), so I was talking about running with that collecting samples fluff for RP. Creatures you can't summon you could rant and rail about how you missed the soul.

Thanks again for your explanation, but right now i'm more oriented on the Kalindlara's idea (fits more my idea of character)
Sounds like Doofenschmirtz.
If you haven't watched any Phineas and Ferb, there's a character on there who is pretty much a failed villain. His only effective villain skill is monologing. :P
I know Phineas and Ferb, but i dont watch the serie, so i don't know the guy we're talking about... i'll make a research on the web, thanks for the imput!
About being Evil, i'm trying to get an idea on how to play an evil (i was thinking more on a LE) in pathfinder, because i've never played one, and i want my character to be a funny evil, not a serious one...any thoughs are really welcome!
About the ideas, keep posting, i'm reading and learning, and for sure appreciating!

Just surfing the forum i've seen another discussion about a player asking how to play an evil with a paladin in party, and mostly of the players are saying "dont do that", so i'm worring about it.. will the ring be enough to hide the alignment? Should i drop the idea on being evil? Should i choose another class to plan my character?
My idea doesn't involve on being evil, i can be neutral or good, but believing i'm the Big Bad Guy.

I assumed you weren't going to be actually evil, just wanting to be.
If actually evil, not starting at 1st means the ring is possible.. But as most posts on that thread said, if playing evil with a paladin in the group, #1 make sure the player is ok with it, #2 best route is to use the work together against a greater evil argument (or ordered by superiors to work with you as long as you don't cross the line) instead of trying to hide your alignment..

Yeah you got it, my idea was on thinking to be evil, but not really being.
But doesnt the Diabolist lead me to evil actions and damnation?| Amakawa Yuuto |

Diabolist requires you to be "lawful neutral, lawful evil, or neutral evil", and the fluff says "Though some tread the path of the diabolist to enslave the forces of Hell and turn them toward goals other than corruption, only the most stalwart of diabolists can resist the temptations of the Pit" - so, Lawful Neutral is an option, though it's not the default expectation.
Otherwise - sure, you summon devils, which is an evil act excluding all other factors, but, it could be argued that while a devil is forced to serve you, it's barred from furthering its own evil agenda, and you could put it to "good use", so properly used it might end up neutral.
Last but not least, sure the ring of mind shielding is an option, but if the pally sees (or otherwise learns of) you stealing candies from innocent babies, you're still in for some trouble, so Lawful Neutral might be the way to go. He might think of himself as great villain, but "lesser evils" are beneath him and whenever the opportunity to "true evil" offers itself, he ends up being squeamish and makes up an excuse to himself as for why he doesn't go through with it...
...And now I'm thinking of Megamind: More obsessed with the role of "the Villain" then with actually doing bad stuff.
