Long story short:
I've starting rolling a techslinger for a crack at this AP.
A mate of mine is on the fence about GMing, but he'll give me an answer this weekend.
It was suggested to me that I should make an interest check thread (this one).
So then, any punters here keen for an Iron Gods run-through as player or GM?
I would definitely apply as a player. One thing though--make sure your friend is firmly off of the fence and in the "Yes I want to GM a full AP" yard. No one wants the disappointment of a campaign that fails to launch.
If he confirms he will see it through. He's deliberating because he's not sure if he can.
In the meantime, however, he said that if I could find another GM it'd be better, so this interest check is also looking for a GM. In the event that we do find another person to GM, he'd be quite likely to sign up as a player.
Dotting for interest as a player. I started the AP with some friends IRL and it died out before we got very far in the first book. I really want another chance at it.
While I have been wanting to run this for credit, I would prefer not to do so as a pbp. I would however be interested in playing.
