Character Build Challenge: The taming of the shrew

Advice

Build a pure blooded noble lady, one who daily face etiquette and fellows of upper classes and throws terrifying tantrums.

Rules:
- Must be barbarian
- Must gain either Diplomacy or Knowledge (Nobility) as class skills from trait or architype, preferred having both skills.
- Improvised or throwing weapons are preferred, seconded by unarmed combat or natural weapons.

Prize:
Be awesome.
Be extra awesome, if STR is dump stat and still works.
Be super awesome, if CHA or INT is main stat and still works.

Some questions:

What exactly means "Must be barbarian? Every level, at least one class level, etc.?
Why barbarian? Do you imagine a gentle lady being calm most of the time, but who's b!tching out sometimes, slapping people in the face - with furniture?

You mean throwing weapons or throwing improved weapons?

What level she has to be? (minimum, maximum)

It's pretty easy. Not going to post the full build, just the highlights:
1. Start with the Savage Technologist. They get extra DEX when they rage instead of extra CON. Moreover, for some reason they also get Diplomacy as a class skill.
2.There are multiple options to make Nobility a class skill, but most of them are region-dependent. Take Child of the Temple for the best option, IMHO. Also take the Student of Philosophy trait, which makes Bluff and Diplomacy go over INT instead of CHA. If you want, you can also take the Breaker archetype which makes you better with improvised weapons.
3. Then, either be a Human (for the extra feat) and take Weapon Finesse, Weapon Focus, and either Fencing Grace or Slashing Grace. At level 3 you now have DEX to damage. Or take three levels of Unchained Rogue. Same outcome, but less to-hit and HP, some Sneak Attack, and more skills. Take the Lesser Beast Totem for natural weapons.
4. Then take at least one level of Alchemist for free Throw Anything (bonuses on improvised ranged weapons). Take a second level if you want the Cognatogen discovery. Make it boost INT, which makes it drop STR even more. You can also instead still boost DEX, but you'll lose WIS.

This build will work from level 3, but will come fully online at level 5 (Barbarian 3, Alchemist 2) (more if you dip Rogue). You have full DEX to damage, fight with a rapier (very elegant), with options to go into improvised weapons, and inexplicably be good with nobility. You can suddenly grow claws when you rage, and your to-hit goes up as well. And you have a bunch of skill points. INT isn't quite a main stat (I'd say DEX still is), but it's pretty darn important. With your Cognatogen in, your STR will drop to 5.
With a 20-point buy, your stats could look something like this (I'd dump WIS more if your point-buy is lower):
STR 7
DEX 16 (+2 from Human)
CON 14
INT 16
WIS 13
CHA 7

Does mean you might end up referring to Dame Samantha, Lady of Westfield..with all of her barbarian levels.

So, why not make it true and use examples of Elizabeth Taylor and Shirley Henderson or any caricatyre of angry spoiled princess taken on eleven.

I am curious, if pure barbarian can make a fine lady, but I dont reject dipping into another class, if it is needed to make concept work.

This can certainly work, although it won't be optimized in any sense.

Making a barbarian reliant on INT or CHA seems to be pushing the limits of creativity, even for Pathfinder. Doing DEX instead of STR is easy enough (as posted above), but she is still a barbarian.

My build works fine as a pure Barbarian build. The Alchemist dip just dials it to 11.

Would it be cheating to use a skald instead? That's just my preference for spellcasters coming through, and I have to say I'm tickled by the idea of using blistering invective whenever possible.

Who knows not where a wasp does
wear his sting? In his tail.

KATHARINA: In his tongue.

Apologies for the derail, back to your proper barbarian-izing. :)

It would, but bitter tongued stirrer, who incite violent barfights or duels of honor all around, fits on the type...

Oh, so instead of making people angry, she will demoralize them in worst ways possible. Still fits in the aristocrat type, but sounds more Maleficent than 'barbarian'. Well, I don't own the web. And "Burn in your shame!" does make great battlecry.

A barbarian with VMC aristocrat?

May require making a new VMC for aristocrat.

A barbarian/oracle/rage prophet might work too.

Or an aristocrat with VMC barbarian?

Or a brawler with VMC barbarian?

My approch would be starting with Human for extra skill points and the Focused Study racial trait. So you get a boost on your desired skills (Diplomacy and Knowl. Nobility - later maybe Intimidate).

If I imagine she's throwing stuff at people, I'd like her strong anyhow. Maybe a dumbstat here in STR won't let her throw tables. So I would focus on STR and CHA, followed by INT and WIS depending how fast you want her to become enraged.

By taking a level in Oracle with Lore Mystery, the Side Step Secret allows you to dump DEX. Initiative via CHA is also no problem with the Noble Scion of War feat.
She also gets all Knowledge Skills as Class Skills and can possible take the Lorekeeper Revelation for CHA on Knowledge stuff via Extra Revelation feat.

Wearing a Belt of mighty Hurling will also make you a good thrower and Intimidating Prowess also makes you a very good intimidater with STR and CHA high.

Well, and Diplomacy is easily taken as Class Skill via trait.
