I have some questions regarding the Kineticist class. I've been looking into a group of us playing a couple Kineticists and had some questions about the kineticist teamwork feat, as well as how the one healing option the class has works.
First the Interweave Composite Blast teamwork feat questions:
1A) Whose BAB do you use for the to-hit roll, or making the attack in general. The one applying their dexterity to hit? The readied action? The one taking a standard action?
1B) Does elemental overflow bonuses apply to the to-hit roll? If yes, do both character's elemental overflow bonuses apply or just one? Similarly, if one or both characters have sneak attack dice, or feats which increase threat range, do they apply? Does it depend on which character? How about if one character has a re-roll effect, but not the other?
1C) Do double the elemental overflow bonuses apply to damage from one or both characters. If only one, which one? What happens when one or both has the Fire's Fury wild talent?
1D) How does this all interact with invisibility (say from Telekinetic invisibility)? If only one character is presumed to be making the attack, but not the other, does the other one stay invisible?
Now the Kinetic Healer wild talent questions:
2A) If you have access to composite blasts by being 7th level or higher, can you use the composite blast damage as the healing roll, given that "Kinetic blasts comprise simple and composite blasts" and that the kinetic healer talent doesn't specify a simple blast?. If you're 15th level or higher can you use Aetheric boosted composite blast damage?
2B) When do you determine if the recipient or the caster takes the burn, before or after the healing roll? If it is before, does the recipient take the non-lethal before or after receiving the healing?
2C) What happens when you try to take burn, but already have non-lethal equal to your maximum hitpoints? Does it get converted to lethal? Can that lethal damage be healed by magic or only by a night's rest? Does it all automatically get healed by a single night's rest even if its more than you would normally heal in a single rest period?
2D) If the recipient is a kineticist, can they go over their normal burn maximum, like a non-kineticist, by willingly accepting the burn with the healing. Does the burn accepted from Kinetic healing as a recipient count towards Elemental Overflow?
Thanks ahead of time for answers and clarifications.

I would assume the last one.
1B) Does elemental overflow bonuses apply to the to-hit roll? If yes, do both character's elemental overflow bonuses apply or just one? Similarly, if one or both characters have sneak attack dice, or feats which increase threat range, do they apply? Does it depend on which character? I would, again, assume the one taking the standard action gets their's.
1C) Do double the elemental overflow bonuses apply to damage from one or both characters. If only one, which one? What happens when one or both has the Fire's Fury wild talent?
I would houserule that Fire's Fury affects half of the blast. Which seems in line with the feat.
1D) How does this all interact with invisibility (say from Telekinetic invisibility)? If only one character is presumed to be making the attack, but not the other, does the other one stay invisible?
No. It's an attack.
Interesting question, but I don't believe composite blasts can work for it. It would be better if yes.
2B) When do you determine if the recipient or the caster takes the burn, before or after the healing roll? If it is before, does the recipient take the non-lethal before or after receiving the healing?
Does it matter? They happen at the same time, there is no funky interaction changes either way.
Nothing happens, you are unconscious, you remain unconscious.
2D) If the recipient is a kineticist, can they go over their normal burn maximum, like a non-kineticist, by willingly accepting the burn with the healing. Does the burn accepted from Kinetic healing as a recipient count towards Elemental Overflow?
Yes, and yes.
though she can be forced to accept more burn from a source outside her control
