I'm looking into making a new character for a gestalt campaign I'm currently in. One of the character concepts I'm considering is a Goblin pyromaniac who uses fire bombs from the Alchemist class. As the other side of the Gestalt, I want to look into creating a horde of flaming skeletons and implanting them with bombs so I have a horde of flaming explosive undead. I am looking for suggestions on what would be a good class that complements the alchemist and is also a good necromancer chassis.

I recently researched to make a necromancer alchemist but it isnt worth.
I would take a preservationist, take infusion and tumor familair (monkey) make the monkey help you summon things (he has hands so he can open your flasks in order to summon with you)
Make an army of creatures to frontline and then use your bombs. If you still want undeads, i guess you can use boneshard bombs.

Wizard Necromancer with the Undead subschool is your best bet to gestalt with Alchemist for this concept. It keeps you focused on one attribute (intelligence) and gets you what you want - undead creation power. You should also take the Mindchemist archetype for the alchemist, since the Cognatogen is very useful for a Wizard (+2 to all DC's? Yes please!).
There's no good way to make implant bombs practical. It's ludicrously expensive if you want it to last more than 24 hours, but if you can find a few hours before the adventuring day it's not hard to turn your minions into suicide bombers. Bloody Skeletons in particularly don't much care if they get blasted.
